Trial and billing terms
- 7-day free trial. The yearly and monthly Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. Google Play may limit free trials to one per account.
- Auto-renewal. After the trial, your subscription is charged to your Google Play payment method and renews automatically at the end of each period (yearly or monthly) until you cancel.
- Lifetime. The $79 lifetime option is a one-time purchase for early supporters. It unlocks Pro with no subscription and is offered for a limited time.
- Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. Google Play shows the final price in your local currency, including any taxes.
- Refunds. Payments are processed by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies. You can also email us at support@getwhynotyou.com and we’ll help where we can.
How to cancel
Billing is handled by Google Play, so you cancel there — uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose Why Not You and tap Cancel subscription.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
